Ibon Navarro

Ibon Navarro Pérez de Albéniz is a Spanish professional basketball coach, born in Vitoria-Gasteiz on 30 April 1976. He began coaching in the Saski Baskonia youth system (2000–05) before moving into professional roles as an assistant at Tenerife (2006–07) and then Baskonia (2007–10), helping the club win two Liga ACB titles, a Spanish Cup and two Spanish Supercups.

After assistant stops at Menorca, Valencia Basket and the Puerto Rico national team - where he earned Centrobasket silver in 2014 - he returned to Baskonia as Sergio Scariolo's assistant and briefly became head coach in 2014–15. He later led Manresa (2015–17), UCAM Murcia (2017–18) - reaching the Basketball Champions League Final Four - and MoraBanc Andorra (2018–22).

In February 2022 he took over Unicaja Málaga and built one of the club's most successful eras, winning back-to-back FIBA Champions League titles (2024, 2025), two Spanish Cups (2023, 2025), the Spanish Supercup (2024) and two FIBA Intercontinental Cups. In June 2026 he was appointed head coach of Crvena zvezda for the EuroLeague, ABA League and Basketball League of Serbia.
