Akif Berber

Akif Berber

Dutch · Batouwe Bemmel

Basketball coach with more than 15 years of experience in Turkey and the Netherlands, working with players from U10 to senior level. He is an EHCB Coaches Academy alumni and holds Dutch NBB BT3 and Turkish TBF Level 3 coaching licences. He has bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering and Psychology and a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence. Since 2008, he has been working at various institutions and companies as a software engineer, data scientist, and AI engineer. He also has experience in video analysis, scouting, and remote coaching support. He is interested in learning languages and enjoys trying racket sports.

Gaelle Bouzin is part of the first generation of the EHCB Coaches Academy and an EHCB Ambassador. She is head coach of Landstede Hammers Zwolle and previously worked at Filou Oostende. She also served with the Belgium Men's National Team (2022-23). Her coaching record includes a Dutch Championship as head coach and multiple Belgian Championships as assistant coach, as well as becoming the first female coach to win a Basketball Champions League game.

Christian Crudeli

Christian Crudeli

Christian Crudeli is a basketball professional with more than 20 years of coaching experience in Spain, including over 10 seasons coaching in senior FEB competitions. Specialized in high-performance coaching, elite player development, scouting, basketball operations, and performance analysis, he has built an international career working across professional clubs, player development programs, and high-performance basketball environments. He is a 1st generation EHCB Coaches Academy alumni and EHCB Ambassador. In addition to his experience as a Head Coach and Assistant Coach within professional basketball in Spain, he leads his own international player development project through CC Basketball Academy (Founder | Director | Coach, 2010-2026). As Academy Director, he oversees strategic planning, organization, and execution of international camps and tours, individual and small-group development programs, team hosting operations (College and European programs), and high-performance training environments. His work focuses on long-term athlete development, professional standards, and building strong international partnerships with clubs, federations, and institutions. He has worked with players from five continents, ranging from youth national team prospects to professionals competing in European leagues and NCAA Division I programs. In 2024, Christian collaborated with the Spain Men's National Team coaching environment during the Olympic Qualifying Tournament under Sergio Scariolo, contributing to scouting preparation, player development, and training support. Alongside his coaching career, Christian has expanded his work into basketball media, scouting evaluation, and performance analysis, covering elite competitions such as the EuroLeague Final Four while providing technical and tactical insights into the modern game. Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, Christian moved to Spain in 2004, where he began his coaching career. He holds the Spanish Basketball Federation Level 3 Coaching License.

Selma Delibasic

Selma was born in Sarajevo but later moved to Sweden as a war refugee. She picked up basketball at the age of 14. After playing in NCAA Division I, she played 13 years abroad, primarily in the top and second-tier leagues of Spain and Italy. After retiring from European pro ball in 2016, Selma shifted her focus toward coaching - with an emphasis on team building, elite player development, and sports diplomacy. She started her coaching career in men's basketball, then served as Assistant Coach and later Head Coach for Högsbo Basket in the Swedish Women's Basketball League (SBL Dam), developing elite prospects for the international stage. In the 2023-24 season she made history in Norway by taking on a dual leadership role with TNT Towers as both general manager and men's head coach. From 2019 to 2024 she coached the Swedish Women's Youth National Teams (U18 and U20). Selma also works as an elite trainer for international basketball clinics. In July 2026 the Norwegian Basketball Federation appointed Selma Head Coach of the Senior Women's National Team. A 4th generation EHCB Coaches Academy alumna, she became an EHCB Ambassador the following year. Today she also serves as Operations Manager for the EHCB and is responsible for the EHCB Foundation Sport Unites Project.

Tihomir Losic combines his work as a basketball coach with his career as an IT engineer. He is a 4th generation EHCB Coaches Academy alumni and EHCB Ambassador. He is in his fourth season with KK Zenit 035 and his second season as head coach of the club's U14 team. He also serves as an assistant coach with the U10 and U12 teams, supporting player development across the club's youth age groups.

Gábor Szarvas is a Hungarian professional basketball coach and former player with extensive experience in senior professional basketball, youth development, national team programs, and 3x3 basketball. Throughout his coaching career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the game through a combination of professional club basketball, national team experience, player development, and continuous coaching education in the EHCB program. A significant part of his professional journey has been connected to Szolnoki Olajbányász, one of Hungary's most successful basketball organizations. Working within a highly competitive professional environment provided him with valuable experience in team preparation, game planning, player development, performance analysis, and the daily demands of elite-level basketball. He won championship and cup titles with Club Szolnoki in Hungary. Szarvas has also been entrusted with important responsibilities within the Hungarian national team system. As Head Coach of the Hungarian U18 Men's National Team, he worked with some of the country's most talented young players and gained valuable international experience competing against different basketball cultures and playing styles. His professional background also includes involvement in 3x3 basketball within the Hungarian national team program. In 2018 he led the U18 3x3 National Team to the European Champions title. Nowadays he leads the U23 men's team and works as assistant coach on the Men's National Team coaching staff. Continuous improvement is one of the central principles of his coaching career. Szarvas is committed to developing his knowledge through advanced coaching education, international basketball programs like EHCB, and the continuous study of modern basketball trends.

Marko Tabakovic is a knowledgeable, well-organised coach dedicated to the game of basketball. Across more than 25 years of coaching he has worked with different age groups, with a proven record of producing quality teams and developing young players' basketball and life skills. He is a 4th generation EHCB Coaches Academy alumni (2023-2024) and EHCB Ambassador. He holds a red coaching licence from the Basketball Academy School in Belgrade (Basketball Federation of Serbia, 2005).
