1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any EHCB service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. The services
The platform provides access to the EHCB Coaches Academy, the EHCB Coaches Congress, the EHCB Practice Weeks, the EHCB Video Platform, and related coach-community features. Some services require separate registration, fees, or admission decisions.
3. Account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Conduct
You agree not to: harass other members, impersonate anyone, scrape or republish platform content without permission, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content and intellectual property
Course content, lectures, and videos are licensed to you for personal coaching use only. You may not redistribute, mirror, or publicly rebroadcast them. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. your coach profile, comments) and grant EHCB a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
6. Payments and refunds
Fees for the Congress, Academy, Practice Weeks, and Video Platform are shown at checkout. Refund eligibility depends on the service and is described in the relevant service-specific terms presented during purchase.
7. Admission and selection
Admission to the EHCB Coaches Academy is subject to our selection process (interviews and qualification review). Acceptance is at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Information shared by other members reflects their views, not those of EHCB.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHCB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms; material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EHCB is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
